• Offer valid from 04/11/19 up to and including 20/12/19. 
• Appointment for treatment must be pre-booked and attended before close of business on 20/12/19. 
• Appointment days for consultation and treatment Tuesdays and Fridays only. 
• Standard initial consultation fee $65 applies.
• Initial consultation appointment duration 15 minutes.
• 10% discount applies to treatment requested following the initial consultation. 
• Discount applies only to facial treatments advertised.
• Offer does not apply to other dental treatments.  
• Must mention advertisement and offer at time of booking appointment. 
• Afterpay and Medipay available (patient responsible for complying with provider's requirements and terms and conditions).  

Exam, Clean & Whitening

• Offer available to Afterpay. 
• Includes examination, scale and clean, and x-rays (if required). 
• Take home whitening kit includes patient impressions, manufacture of custom-fitted trays, and whitening kit.   
• Must mention offer at time of booking appointment. 
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 
• Patient is responsible for complying with Afterpay's requirements and terms and conditions.  

Whitening Special

• Offer available to Afterpay. 
• Take home whitening kit includes patient impressions, manufacture of custom-fitted trays, and whitening kit.

Emergency Dental

• Offer available to Afterpay.
• Offer applies to emergency dental treatment requirements only. Examples include: fractured or broken teeth, toothache, and abscess. 
• Must mention offer at time of booking appointment.
